Our Story
Aqua Camp began with a simple desire: to give our children more than just worksheets and screens; but to give them wonder. As a homeschooling family, we wanted learning to feel alive, meaningful, and deeply connected to the world around us.
That dream took shape at Lake Pleasant, where we began creating hands-on science lessons with our kids, exploring aquatic ecosystems, practicing water safety, and discovering the balance of nature through direct experience. What started as a family experiment soon became a powerful educational journey.
We built Aqua Camp to bring that same spark to others as a place where learning flows like water, curiosity is encouraged, and kids can engage with the natural world in real time. As our vision grew, Aqua Camp evolved into a microschool offering day based experiential learning that blends academic curiosity with real-world exploration.
Today, we’re proud to open the experience to other families, homeschoolers, and young learners who crave something deeper than traditional education. At Aqua Camp, every child becomes a scientist and an adventurer all in one unforgettable day.
